  • Third Degree Felony: individuals may face third degree felony charges for damage valued at more than $20,000 but less than $100,000;

  • Second Degree Felony: individuals may face second degree felony charges for damage valued at more than $100,000 but less than $200,000;

  • First Degree Felony: individuals may face a first degree felony charge for any damages valued at more than $200,000.
